MMPlay CLI

A DOS-Based application written in AMOSPro? With no extensions of any kind? Damn, im good! Click image to Enlarge.
During my dabblings with AMOSPro, I found I could tinker with the CLI quite a bit. After messing for a while, I decided to prove my theories and write a module player, something i'd always wanted to do at that point. MMPlay CLI was born, was packed with quite a few options, more than what a MOD player should have, I think, hehe.

It would play any AMOS Music bank,

The Commands screen. As you can see, lots of stuff that noone would probbably ever use. For an AMOSPro program, it was way advanced for its time, considering it didnt use any extensions! Click to enlarge.
Tracker bank, MOD file, and OctaMED files. It would show some info on each of the files playing, and gave you options to type files to the screen, browse through directories etc. Everything a growing player needs =))

The program also aupported a command-line option, so you could specify the path to a music file. I remember specifying an option to bring up a file requester to scan for files, but I dont think I ever released that version.

A smaller version of this player was created, and was named TitchyPlay. Its much more compact, and does everything to play mods, and has all the other junk cut out of it =))

When you play a module, if the program can recover any information about it, such as it's name, it is displayed on the screen. Click to enlarge.
